Arriving at the bustle of Sydney’s Kingford Smith Airport will be a lot easier if you know where you need to go first! After picking up your luggage, you will need your rental car. Alamo is serviced by Europcar in Sydney, which has counters at Arrivals in both the Domestic and International terminals. Front up to the counter to collect your vehicle!
Apollo Car Hire:
In Sydney, Apollo is serviced by Hertz, so look out for jointly branded counters at the International and Domestic terminals to pick up your rental from the staff there.
Auto Europe Car Hire:
Check your confirmation from Auto Europe to confirm from which end supplier company you will be collecting your rental, and proceed as directed for that company.
Avis Car Hire:
Find Avis counters located at Arrivals in both the Domestic and International terminals. The staff behind the counter will direct you to your vehicle and get you on the road.
Budget Car Hire:
Budget has counters in both terminals, so head to where you see their signs and talk to the customer service representatives to pick up your rental.
Cruisin’ Oz Car Hire:
This supplier will send a shuttle to pick you up and take you to the depot. Upon arrival, call the freephone number which you will find in your confirmation and your ride will soon arrive.
East Coast Car Hire:
Their depot is located very close to the airport. For pick ups within office hours, customers should call a freephone number for a free shuttle to the depot once they have cleared customs.
Europcar Car Hire:
Europcar has convenient counters in Arrivals of both terminals, so find one of these when you land and ask the staff to help you get on your way.
Getacar Car Hire:
This is a local business which provides a free shuttle from the airport to the depot within office hours. Call the number provided when you arrive and a shuttle will collect you from a specified spot.
Hertz Car Hire:
Another one with a convenient counter right in the arrivals hall of both terminals! After clearing customs and collecting your luggage, find the counter and talk to the staff about collecting your rental car.
Honk Car Hire:
Honk is an aggregator and your car could come from a number of end suppliers, so check your confirmation for the supplier you will be using and proceed accordingly.
National Car Hire:
In Sydney, National is serviced by Europcar. Find the Europcar counter in the Arrivals hall of either terminal to pick up your rental.
Redspot Car Hire:
There are Redspot counters in both the Domestic and International terminals. Head to the counter when you arrive and ask the staff to help you collect your rental.
Sixt Car Hire:
Sixt partners with Redspot in Australia, so head to the Redspot counter on arrival to collect your rental from the friendly staff there!
Thrifty Car Hire:
With counters in the Arrivals areas of both terminals, Thrifty rentals are easy to collect. Just head to the counter and the staff will get you moving.
